Hi there! I'm Jess, welcome to my passion project, which is Labracadabra. As a kid, I was always the one tugging at the leash of an animal adventure, thanks to growing up on a dairy farm. As a mum with two boys and a loving husband now, I'm thrilled to pass on this passion to all of the amazing puppy families.

In 2015, when my youngest was about 18 months, my mental health hit a low, with anxiety and depression nesting in my life. But oh, the healing power of dogs! They spread such infectious joy and warmth that I knew I had to pass it on. Ultimately, I'm aiming to breed not just pets but potential therapy, emotional support and even service animals. I hope that through this, I can help others experience the boundless love and joy that these wonderful creatures bring.

After we said goodbye to our two 14-year old dogs in 2017, which was a heart breaking year. On top of that, finding a new puppy for our young kids felt like a bigger challenge than it was before. I wanted great family dogs, that were great with kids, that could come on adventures with us, but could also lay on the couch all day if necessary. Oh and not having hair everywhere is the bonus that cannot be understated. When I discovered Australian Labradoodles, I felt the tug of a new adventure with puppies. You've probably heard of Labradoodles, right? These beautiful souls were born out of the intention to combine the service capabilities of Labradors and the hypoallergenic perks of Poodles. And voila! The Labradoodle was born, and has since been shining as an exceptional assistance, therapy, and service dog, besides being a beloved pet!

And that's what my breeding program is all about— creating puppies that aren't just adorable but also embody great health, delightful personalities and good conformation.

I believe in ethical breeding practices, which is why I carefully select the parents of each litter based on their health, temperament and genetic history. My goal is to produce puppies that will be wonderful companions for years to come. But Labracadabra isn't just about breeding puppies. It's also about providing resources and support for puppy families. Whether you're a kiddo or a grandparent or everyone in between, these dogs are that perfect sidekick for every adventure and pillow for every heartache. They're hilarious, faithful, and equal parts adventure and cuddles, and you'll never have a dull moment with them.

Nestled in Perth's hills in Western Australia, our small, family-run Labracadabra is all about puppies growing up right in the heart of our bustling family. I am Jess, and this wild, loving family is what Labracadabra Labradoodles stands for.
